Throwing

Ever since his first encounter with clay, Nick Poon has been deeply fascinated by wheel-throwing. He believes that every time he engages in wheel-throwing, it is an opportunity to connect with the clay. The counterclockwise rotation of the pottery wheel evokes his childhood memories, allowing him to reflect and contemplate daily life while spinning.

 

自從首次接觸陶泥，潘輝煌便對拉坯深深著迷。他認為每次拉坯都是一次與陶泥相處的機會，逆時針轉動的拉坯轉盤，更會勾起他的兒時回憶，讓他能在旋轉中反覆回溯、反覆思考，從而面對總總的自己。
